CCHASM may provide limited utility assistance to area residents experiencing a temporary financial crisis. Support is offered as funds allow and is intended to address acute, one-time emergencies—not ongoing needs.
All requests go through a thorough screening process to confirm eligibility. Clients must provide documentation of both the emergency and household income. If approved, payments are made directly to the utility provider.
When funding isn’t available, CCHASM may be able to offer additional food assistance to help ease the burden and free up resources for essential bills.

We Call You Back
A team member will return your call to complete a brief pre-screening to see if you qualify.
Complete the Application
If you meet the initial criteria, we’ll send you an application and instructions for submitting required documents.
Submit Your Documents
Return the completed application along with all requested documentation.
Funds Are Paid Directly
If approved, CCHASM pays the utility provider directly on your behalf.
